Pasternak James A DDS provides exceptional service from the front office to the hygienists and doctor. Patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk in, thanks to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Pasternak is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. His team, including the hygienist and receptionist, is kind, efficient, and accommodating. The office prioritizes patient care and provides a positive experience.
Let me start by saying I’m petrified of going to the dentist. I was recommended Dr Pasternak’s office by a fellow denti-phobe and made an appointment. Every contact with the office has been exceptional- from the front office to hygienists and Dr. Pasternak himself. I need quite a bit of work done since I avoided dental care for many years and I highly recommend this team.
It was a warm and welcoming atmosphere the moment I walked in the door. It was my first visit and I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Pasternak is very laid back and friendly, and super knowledgeable about the science of dentistry. I liked the jokes (yes, there were a lot) and the education! His hygienist, Ida, was also kind and very efficient. I've found my new dentist.
The jokes are older than the dentist, but the levels of care and professionalism are ageless. Highly recommended.
