I was amazed with Abraham’s amazing customer service. I called Northridge service ink to ask if they can please expedite the lockout service due to my son accidentally locking his keys while the car was on. I expressed my concern and he was there literally in less than 5 mins Wow!!! Thank you your prompt response Abraham for going above and beyond… to put the cherry on top his wonderful personality and great energy was a plus… talking about speedy Gonzalez. I will definitely be using your services again.

I just wanted to give a quick heads up to Mike for helping me today. My car was stuck in an intersection and they came out so quickly and really saved the day. They helped me get to the transmission repair shop. And the service was great and Mike was Very helpful. Once again, thank you so much and appreciate the great service.

I used Northridge Service to help with my sister car. Her tire blew out and she needed to get it changed out to her spare tires. Mahsum was the driver assigned to my request call. It was estimated that he'll take about an hour to get to us but he called he right after the request was put in and that he was ten minutes away.
Mahsum found us quickly and went straight to work. He swapped out the bad tire to the spare and put the bad tire in the trunk for us.
