I purchased my AC in 2003 and never had any trouble in all those years. I decided it might be appropriate to have the unit serviced. Nick came out at the appointed time. He checked the unit, cleaned it and said everything was in good order. He went into the attic and checked the condition of the tubing as well as the thermostat. Again, everything was in good order. I was overwhelmed at his honesty because I could have been told everything needed to be changed. Nick changed the filter and charged a simple maintenance fee. I am so happy I can trust a company to be so upright and honest in their assessment. I would have given 10 stars if I could. THANK YOU JOE & NICK.
