I don't usually write reviews at all, but I wanted to take the time to give a shout out to Innovative Construction & Roofing for a job well done. Thanks goes out to Kevin and his crew! I've had a leak on my patio roof for a while so I needed to replace it, but I also considered replacing my whole roof as well. Kevin gave me his honest opinion that I didn't need to replace my whole roof at this time. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that didn't try to 'up-sale' me and try to sell me on something that I didn't need. So, I decided to just replace the patio roof. Kevin and his team at Innovative Construction and Roofing were incredibly professional and communicative. They helped us get out of a tight spot with our insurance company who requested we get a new roof. Kevin came out promptly for an inspection, discovered there was a minor issue, and his team amended the area the next day. He even wrote a comprehensive report for the insurance company who accepted the modifications to the roof. We probably saved close to 25k because of Kevin's work, and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his company to anyone in the LA area.

Kevin and his team are so great! We were freaked out about the major leak due to the recent California heavy rain. Kevin came to the rescue during the busy schedule, patiently explained the roof/leak issue to a non-professional (like me) and arranged the team to beat the rainy weather next days. His team are amazing as well! They came and work carefully, professionally with great attitude. we have solar panels that they took extra care to check out/fix tiles underneath. The team stayed late, finished the work and explained - not like certain contractors just rushing out when done. The pricing is on reasonable side even though we prepared ourselves as materials went up... read full review
