I wish I could give 0 stars. This place used to be a good salon and my mom and I were regular customers. Recently, they changed owners and this place is completely horrendous. I called to see how much they charge for a haircut (due to new ownership) and they gave me a price. I then made an appt and went to the salon to get a haircut. The employee at the salon made me feel so uncomfortable. While she was handling my hair, she kept throwing digs at me for not coming in for a consultation since they don't give prices over the phone. I told her that her boss (the new owner) gave me the price on the phone and never said anything about a consultation. If I had known about... read full review
