100 degrees out and my system failed on a Saturday afternoon! That night and all day Sunday we baked! But, They returned my weekend voicemail Monday morning, said they were fully booked but gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning. Monday evening they called me, sent their guy and boom! He had the system up and running in less then 30 minutes! Thank-you ARPI!!

?If you want a knowledgeable HVAC service person/company, I cannot recommend Gary and his 2nd generation company enough!! I had TWO other technicians come out and they did not know what to make of my heater. However, Gary diagnosed each situation as the heater 'failed' and had the necessary parts and know-how to fix it. Kudos to Tami at the office for her efficiency in scheduling this appointment too. An all around A++ experience.?

My husband and I have used ARPI Mechanical several times, and have always been very satisfied with their service. Their response times are great, which we highly appreciate because having adequate heat in the house is important. On the latest service visit, the owner - Gary was able to order parts, and return within a day to complete the job. Gary, and Tammy -- who works in the office, are both wonderful do deal with.I was referred to ARPI by a neighbor who is a realtor and has a collection of top notch companies for all sorts of home services. Now I can pay it forward and refer others to ARPI.
