I ordered jute erosion control material on July 21, on July 24 they claimed to have shipped it with a due date of July 30. UPS tracking showed it arrived in Hodgkin, IL on July 26. No updates for over 3 weeks.

I ordered one piece of material 4 yards long by 108" wide. I received 4 pieces of material, 36" x 108"... what good is that? Tthey They are not too swift!
