I ordered jute erosion control material on July 21, on July 24 they claimed to have shipped it with a due date of July 30. UPS tracking showed it arrived in Hodgkin, IL on July 26. No updates for over 3 weeks.
Order item July 27th updated July 29th stating it had been shipped Multiple messages sent as to where this package is Have received no reply . Stating shipping within 5 to 7 business days .I am not happy at this point and would not recommend you doing business with a company like this The least they coukd do is to let you know what is happening
Horrible experience - seller never sends the items out - they just hang on to your money as long as you ‘wait’ for delivery. Run fast and run far from this seller!!!! They should be banned from Walmart and Amazon for being crooks
