We only received a quote for a furnace conversion to heat pump, and went with another installer. That said, Gene was an incredibly great resource when it came to pricing, comparing, and understanding the nuances of heat pumps. He didn't want to be beat on price and the company had a great variety of systems the could provide and install. A lot of respect to the company :-)
I called them yesterday about how my system was taking over 25 minutes to turn the heat on. Within 24 hours I had Alex the tech at my front door. They gave me a price estimate over the phone in advance. When he competed the work it was the same price. I even had a courtesy call with Donna the owner to make sure I was happy. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a client for life!
Affordable Heating and Air did a great job with replacing our AC/gas heat with a new Heat Pump (with new ducts as well). We got three estimate and their estimate was the best value with the products we wanted (American Standard). We appreciated their timeliness and professionalism in every step. All employees we interacted with were professional and helpful. Also, I was happy to support a woman owned business!
