I am truly impressed with this company. nothing but excellent customer service from the start. They had a technician (Juan) to my house within 24 hours. He was on time, polite and highly skilled. He diagnosed and repaired my furnace issue quickly. He also got my broken gas fireplace up and running for no additional fee. I will be using AH&H in the future for all of my home repairs.
Highly recommend! They provided the best quote for the complete HVAC upgrade. Very curteus, prompt and fast service. Edward Martinez worked hard and late to make sure everything is running smooth.
We only received a quote for a furnace conversion to heat pump, and went with another installer. That said, Gene was an incredibly great resource when it came to pricing, comparing, and understanding the nuances of heat pumps. He didn't want to be beat on price and the company had a great variety of systems the could provide and install. A lot of respect to the company :-)
