I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Diana and the entire team. Diana was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional—she really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I also want to recognize the whole staff for how well they handled a very busy store. Even while being pulled in multiple directions, they stayed calm, composed, and attentive. Not once did they seem overwhelmed—they created a welcoming and relaxed environment for customers, which made a big difference. Truly excellent customer service all around!

Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who were so kind and shaved my head. I have stage 3 breast cancer and decided to shave my head after my hair just kept falling out. The girls were so kind and took such great care of me. They made me feel not alone and stronger than ever. Thank you for all your kindness.

employees there not that helpful, specially when they know internet service is bad in that area which they mention to you, but yet don't try to help when it comes to getting your coupon. I was there to get my bday gift and also bought something. person there gave a phone number which was also because of service hard to hear, bad connection. I was there like 25 minutes before the manager who was very helpful noticed me and gave me the gift apologized for having me just there trying to contact Ulta services.
