I’m not a plumbing guy. In fact, when it comes to almost anything related to home improvement, I have little or no skill. (true) So I had a stubborn blockage that caused my bathroom sink to back up. I tried all of the various treatments, and nothing would clear a stubborn blockage . I found Power Pro Plumbing after an internet search, and I was impressed with the team that took my call and scheduled my appointment.
One team member I spoke with Carlos was great…he listened to my issue, and not only did I believe he heard me, I believed they were going to solve the blockage issue.

I had a great experience with Power Pro today. Niko came out to diagnose an odor issue with my mini-split system, and he quickly figured out what was going on. He explained everything clearly, gave me options without being pushy, and ended up deep cleaning the affected indoor units.
After the cleaning, the smell was gone and the system was running properly again. I appreciated how professional, thorough, and straightforward Niko was throughout the visit. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Power Pro for HVAC work.
