The first thing I noticed was their culture – friendly and respectful.
Everybody was cheerful and helpful.
There were smiles from the front door to staff who were sitting and walking.
It seems that management instill this culture during their weekly sales meetings.
I have a lot of experience dealing with auto dealerships and this outfit was impressive.
