The guy I talked to at the parts dept Cerritos location did not know what I was looking for even after explaining to him exactly what I needed... who knows maybe it's the system they are using, I told them what I needed and they gave me 3 options but they did not know exactly what part would fit... it's stupid. Great experience with AK the finance manager , borna was a great guy and also Isaiah took their time showed us the truck and answer led all of our questions. They even let me win the negotiations on the deal

Bought my car here and also just used their service isle for a minor car issue and service. DANIEL helped me he was great. It was also a big comfort to know there are options of payment. Over all easy Quick and happy with the service.
