Called on a Friday to ask for an estimate for a 1200SF residential job. They said they would have the estimator call me. No return call so I followed up Tuesday. They said they were only doing commercial.

I hired JC drywall Arte to drywall approx 800 sq. ft. including the ceiling. He told me he would cover my floors really good with heavy duty paper and make sure my ceiling was nice and flat as well as take care of a few miscellaneous items that needed to be done. And I paid extra for it! Rafael showed up the first day with his guys to hang drywall and what a disaster! Such sloppy work! They covered my floors like crap! The first piece of drywall his guy put up had an oval sloppy hole for a canned light in the kitchen. Rafael said don't worry we will patch it! Patch a brand new piece of drywall?!
