He does not let you leave his chair if the color does not meet his high standards. He only uses quality products like Olaplex, Joico, and high end brands that do less damage to your hair.I’ve gone from black hair to beautiful warm golden tones and I always get so many compliments even months later.Tony does not filter his photos like so many others. “I absolutely adored Alyssa! I went in to get my dry , split ends off. I had a vision of chopping it and starting fresh. Alyssa offered me a cup of coffee before we started off. Made me feel so welcomed! She gave some great suggestions on how to cut and style the hair. She cut it a little longer than the short length I wanted, because she said shrinkage might make it look shorter when my natural waves and I’m happy she did that!! So easy to talk to as well! It’s hard for me to talk during appointments, but our conversations were just so fluid and felt so natural. Like we’ve been friends for years it felt like. I will 100% be coming back to her. “Came to get a much needed haircut and had Darlene. She was accurate with only two photos I had as reference. I'm someone who is more introverted and loved that she didn't push for a conversation for the whole session. She also gives an amazing scalp massage when she washes your hair. The location itself shares a parking lot with other stores around so plenty of parking options and the salon itself was nice. Highly recommend overall.“

But when I moved to Long Beach I tried THREE different salons with really mixed results (mediocre cuts, burned scalp, questionable dye jobs). Then I found Travis Hite. Besides being a wonderful human, he is one of the BEST stylists I have ever experienced. He is an Artist! He's incredibly precise, knows his s**** and I ALWAYS LOVE the results. I can also rely on him to help keep me on trend and not let me get stuck in a look. For me, one of the main signs of a great stylist is how well their cuts grow out. Don't know how he does it, but my cut retains the crispness & shape through months of new growth. And, I felt totally safe because his Covid precautions (outlined on his website) are exemplary.“

“I love Lourdes P. She has been doing my hair for years. I get a balayage and haircuts frequently. She takes her time and listens to you. She does your hair the way you want it. She also cuts my boys hair, and they love because they get pampered. She washes their hair and makes sure they have no loose hairs when they leave. My kids bring an extra shirt and change in the salon and are ready to play right after. They don't need to take a shower after a hair cut. Haircut time was a nightmare before we met Lourdes.
