I will definitely be getting more work with them, very efficient and professional. I called them during a recent heatwave and my AC stopped cooling. They were able to accommodate and inspect my AC that same day later in the evening. Luckily, the part that stopped working was replaced that same day and just like that my AC was up and running. The visit was less than an hour and pricing was very fair. I also inquired about some issues and they sent me an estimate later that day. Great service!
Alex showed up on time as committed and went promptly to work to diagnose the issue: to wit AC not working. Eliminated all electrical components sequentially. No faults found. Checking compressor found it ok too but fan not rotating! Discovered fan bound up at surrounding shroud. Think painter had stood on grill work and deformed it just enough to cause the issue. Fixed with a few washers to shim it back!
That’s it! Happy Alex was able to find and fix even if it wasn’t something inherently a part of AC. Happy to pay his trip fee!!! And Happy to have AC functioning again for Family Reunion that weekend.

House new to us. First really hot day and no air through system. Uh oh. Reached out to the “contractor” who had remodeled for our Seller. He said “you probably need to add a third unit”. Alex came in and saw the number of ducts and vents going nowhere! Literally dead ending into floors. Spent several days straightening out what was there and spilt one of the two units and we now have a very functional system. Told me in advance what it would cost and stayed within that number. Had a backup plan in case that fix did not work and was happy that it did. I would recommend these folks without reservation.
