It’s only the fact that we aren’t allowed to have lights now I’m not asking to have five or four just one and every year they decrease the amount of things we couldn’t have very disappointed in them. We were allowed to have somethings but not overly too many that was fine with us but as time went by they told us we couldn’t have this and that. I heard it was because other visitors were complaining that some people had to many lights and they didn’t have enough that’s ridiculous now they punish the whole cemetery and there loved ones because of a couple of people who are acting immature.

The staff we dealt with in planning services for my father were very kind and efficient. They helped to make a difficult time easier. The cemetery grounds are green and well kept.

I am disgusted at how this cemetery operates. My mother passed away on Friday, Oct. 30th and by Jewish faith, we should have laid her to rest on Sunday. However, this cemetery who claims they cater to the Jewish community was not open or would return phone calls all weekend making an already heart breaking situation worse. My mother purchased 5 plots here several years ago in an effort to make her arrangements easier for our family. Not returning our calls to help assist in the planning is not acceptable. It wasn't until Monday morning when we could confirm her burial for Monday afternoon which meant a rush to all come together and get out to the Desert from Orange County. To top it off there were no chairs for my father to sit on. Their response was due to COVID they could not provide chairs. After a few choice words with management they brought us 4 chairs. Then we were told we had to wear masks. My husband told them we were following CDC guidelines by being outside and keeping distance but the manager insisted we wear masks. They watched over us as we grieved through the burial process which I found quite awkward. The whole experience with this cemetery was awful and I hope they improve their services.
