I went several times to cancel my membership as the policy says 30 days in advance and I receive charges and payment texts that I don't understand. I call to ask on the phone and the employees don't know, and the last employee I spoke to had a very bad attitude until she calmed down. I tried to contact the manager on Friday but there was no a manager until Monday. Today is Sunday so I will wait until tomorrow to figure out why I paid $18.66 plus $88.10 for a month if I was paying $68. They charges automatically and there is not explanation

Krystal is great! Amazing place, Great staff Wonderful Amenities. Reminds me of my old gym in Chicago. XSPORT fitness center which is now LA Fitness.

Disappointing given the amount this gym charges you. Every time I come in here it's something different. It isn't enough that it's so busy and not very flexible hours. The staff is always just sitting around on their phones. Lot of better options out there I'm going to have to start looking

Very clean facility with great selection of equipment. Usually not too crowded if you pick your times, we usually focus on late morning during the week and it's perfect. Big fans of In-Shape Cathedral City!

Since I moved to Palm Springs I was trying to find a gym that was cohesive to my schedule and training needs since I don’t go to the gym very often. I went to four different gyms until I found in shape family fitness.. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean. My personal trainer Albert knows what he is doing, he cares about your health and fitness needs and explains the equipment, its purpose, how to use it properly and how it helps the body. This is my new gym. Henry-
