Please do yourself a favor and avoid. I bought a bunch of new dress shirts for a business trip mid December and took them here. Got to the hotel and unpacked my shirts and they have massive rectangular stains all in the same spot on mid right side of the front. Didn't wash out. I should have stuck with the one by the spectrum store but they were a little further from me - well worth the drive.Service: Clothes pressing

I would give this place a NEGATIVE star if I could!!! I went here a few weeks ago to get a zipper fixed on a pair of jeans. The lady at the register gave me a claim ticket that said $14- . That was fine and seemed reasonable. Fast forward to when I went in to pick up my jeans (two full weeks later). I gave my claim ticket to a different employee this time. She did not even blink an eye when she ignored the ticket and told me the cost was $25!!! Are you kidding me? Even though the ticket clearly said $14, she insisted that it was $25 and she would not take a penny less!! I tried to reason with the bit@h but she stood her ground. I ended up paying the $25. Mostly because I didn't want to cause a scene with the other customers in there. I was already mortified that I was arguing about $11- but it was the principal of the thing! I will NEVER go back to that place and I hope that others follow suit. I have a feeling that the person (can't even call her a "lady" because she was so RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL) was the owner. Which blows my mind. I guess she doesn't care about keeping her customers. I am disgusted at how greedy this BIT@H was and how tacky it was for her to not charge me what the ticket said. In my opinion this is just bad business and I believe people should know about her dishonest tactics. SHAME ON HER!!

Over time I've decided they're closer to a 4.5 rating - this place is very professionally operated. Back in the "big city" I had mishaps with dry cleaners that left me wary, but never at this establishment.
