We hadn't serviced our evaporative cooler in several years. It was so bad that there was plants coming out of the vents. We called Desert cooler specialist and they came over right away to assess the situation. After they assess situation they gave me several quotes to choose from and they came and took care of the issue. I would highly recommend desert cooler specialist to anyone that has an evaporator cooler and is having issues with it. Thank you so much Buff and Pam for your wonderful service!

The swamp cooler was a hideous non-working thing on the roof.I was referred to Desert Cooler Specialist and now it's gone.It was a pleasure to work with them, prompt, reasonable and reliable.For any swamp cooler issues call them, it will be a good experience.

Customer service was foremost with every employee I contacted at Desert Cooler. I was looking for a part for my obsolete evaporative cooler. Desert Cooler served this brand made by Phoenix Manufacturing Inc. I was referred directly to a sales manager who within minutes located the part and a vendor and arranged for me to call the owner of that supplier directly with no mark up on the price. The supplier ordered the part cheaper than I could buy it through an Arizona supplier and did not charge me shipping. Subsequent conversations with Desert Cooler were equally prompt and helpful. I can't say enough good things about the people at this company.
