Terrible place. First off they don’t acknowledge you when you walk in, you wait until someone can talk to you but everyone ignores you and keeps helping random people that walk in. Will never come to this place again. You feel inconvenienced to the workers, it’s almost like they hate their job

I have been seeing Mari for my hair color and cuts since 2013. I love her! She blends my colors the way I like so the highlights and low-lights don't look like stripes. She listens when I want to shift to lighter or darker shades. She is always attentive, responsive, professional and personable. Love her! Her sisters work here, too, and there are often bridal parties getting hair and make-up, or families with children. There is a barber at one of the work stations, too. It is such a pleasant, hospitable, family-friendly atmosphere! I love it here.

The staff quoted us one price then changed the price half way through because my daughter had curly hair. Not up front with pricing and forms of payment accepted

Lady upcharged when we were there despite advertised prices on their website and required cash only. Did not anywhere close to cut the style we asked for and cut off 6 inches extra and ruined my son’s hair to the point he was crying.

I've cut my own hair for the past 7 years wanted to try this place out and asked for a small trim and long layers left with half my hair chopped off uneven layers and the stylist tried to justify it by saying "it's like a butterfly cut" that's not what I asked for at all. Paid 30 dollars for it.

Well I needed a last minute haircut and figure ok give them a try.. NO LINE UP... NO PROPER FADING... sadly I will NOT RECOMMEND.
