Chaffin heating and air conditioning is the absolute best in the desert. We would give it 10 stars if we could. No up charges, super honest, make an appointment and are there on time. Can't say enough great things about this company. As others have said, this a GREAT local company. Another company (that we had used for years) told us we needed a new air conditioner to the bargain tune of thousands of dollars. Chaffin came out and told us this was all a lie. Fixed the little bit that needed fixing. Can't say enough positive things about them!

My only regret is that I did not call Patrick Chaffin sooner. Patrick is a third generation HVAC specialist who learned the trade the old fashioned way, following dad around. He is also licensed, bonded and all that, but he has something no other HVAC specialist in this region seems to have: integrity. I know, because I had a parade of HVAC specialists from some of the biggest regional names to some small folks I never had heard of, and I was likely scammed several times. I found Patrick Chaffin reading Yelp reviews and gave him a call. Within an hour I had a call back, and that same morning he came over himself to have a look at my system. We talked about several options, and Patrick was very patient with me. I'm a slow adopter. It took me nearly three weeks to make a decision. In the end it seems my compressor was likely sabotaged by some previous specialist selling me the idea that my freon was low, which it wasn't. This stressed the system and overtime likely blew the works. Patrick didn't tell me this. This is my own deduction from all the information I had collected on my system, in the last seven of its 22 year existence. A long story made short... I finally opted to replace everything, and Patrick had a newer version of my old system, same great brand, at a price that was much more reasonable than all the other quotes I had gathered. Once I made up my mind, Patrick put his best people on the install for the next day. David, Rudy and Martin were fast, efficient, courteous and clean. It's a beautiful thing to watch such a well oiled team work. They completely replaced my twenty-two year old system in less than four hours! My home is now cool, and I have a great system with a 10 year warranty and a reliable HVAC specialist I now know and trust. I am definitely having Patrick Chaffin back twice a year for the seasonal maintenance. Thank you Patrick Chaffin and company!

Chaffin and Patrick went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us!!! I cannot recommend them strongly enough!! Always on time, even in the height of their busiest time. Probably the most honest business I've ever dealt with. Incredible team and did amazing work and incredibly reasonably priced. I will never use anyone else, ever again!!!
