My visit was to Urgent care was very short , after checking in, it only took 2 minutes for the nurse to call me in , after going over my symptoms, the nurse concluded that I should transfer immediately to the ER clinic, nevertheless the ln- take medical assistant was very helpful , courteous , prompt. I am very grateful for caring treatment of the Urgent care staff.
This hospital ER is busy, and like most there are a few people that are hard for the doctors to deal with because of mental or drug problems, but they treated every single person with the same compassion. I've never had so many nurses stop on their way past, and ask if everything was ok and if I or the people around needed anything. They have snacks , blankets, etc.
When I was being examined and in a lot of pain, the nurse came to my bedside and grabbed my hand and let me squeeze her hand through the pain, usually in a hospital you feel alone. I can say, here you are not alone. They listen to you, and they treat you respectfully.
Very happy! I went in for strained muscles in my back. Signing up for an appointment online was very easy. They honored my arrival time and got me into see a doctor with little waiting time. I then needed x-rays. They had the facility on site and were able to take me in right away.
The staff was very friendly and the doctor answered all of my questions.
