All the staff were very kind and helpful. The trouble was there was only one doctor plus more patients than usual. Some needing extra attention and right away. However, the staff were very good at keeping the waiting room updated.
I am only giving 4 stars because of the long wait. 1 - 2+ hours.
Friendly staff. Dr. Walker was caring, and attentive. It was a long 2 hours wait at the waiting room. When I finally got to see Dr. Walker, she was caring and attentive. She did 3 stitches on my cut finger, and it looked fine. Will return to remove the stitches next week. Hopefully it turns out good.
I went to Sutter Health Castro Valley Urgent Care on a Saturday afternoon for an animal bite. The kind front desk registration person signed me in. I had a minimal wait before being called into urgent care where vitals & history were taken . My bite was examined and evaluated for possible rabies or tetanus by Dr. Finigan. She determined that minimal care was needed.
I received expert, compassionate care during my visit. Wait times were low, front staff and medical staff were great.
Grateful that Urgent Care is available to us here.
