My husband decided to surprise me with a full package at this spa. It was my birthday and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by smiling faces. The owner even shook my hand and said Happy Birthday. To top things off, she had even bought cake, flowers, and gave me some complimentary soaps that I enjoy so much. The services were the best I've had in a while! From the mani/pedi, body treatment and massage - I can't say enough! The staff were all professional and easy going. please stop gaslighting people. and stop saying you aren't like others that like spreading covid or monkey pox. nobody wants to spread those. not sure what story you've made up in your own little mind but being a business person, this ain't how you handle business with your customers. if you've been in the business this long- you would know how businesses work and how to deal and handle customer relation stuff. gaslighting a possible future client is just one way of showing you got no people skills at all. here is our whole convo for reference. you're the only nail salon that do not answer phone calls at all. i guess it's your way of saying... read full review
