The lady running the shop called me right back, asked about the phone, gave me a price and asked me to come by. i brought her the phone, she told me it might take a bit of time since this phone is a bit difficult to repair, she worked on it 8 hours, i picket it up, she had worked overtime to make it happen, and did not expect a tip or anything. - the shop is in a "difficult" area, but she does a great job and is not expensive and obviously takes pride in delivering excellent service.
