There are not enough words to describe Lydia. The first that comes to mind is professional, sweet, bubbly, kind, caring, patient, cute you get the idea. I am 75 years old and have never done anything like this. I was very scared to have this done. In the first meeting she spent a lot of time with me and I felt totally at peace and relaxed. She went over drawing on the brow look until it was what I liked, she went over colors in detail and like others said "made the whole process very relaxing and good".
