Our close friend’s family had a memorial service here and their experience and mine (while helping out) was such a beautiful contrast to the high pressure, exploitive tactics used by some mortuaries.
The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they were all willing to step in and help with whatever we asked for and step aside whenever it looked like we wanted to handle it ourselves. It felt SO different from the assembly line atmosphere I’ve witnessed elsewhere and it allowed the family to relax and treasure the experience of saying goodbye with family and friends.

We worked with Joan and had a very positive experience. Everything was done with care and Joan gave us a very important heads up about what timing is realistic for funeral arrangements. On the day of the funeral, I was so impressed by Logan and Jason’s handling of everything. I arrived to the church early to set up and they were already there and had setup everything. They communicated everything throughout the process in a calm and graceful way so we were able to get the right people where they needed to be and have a ceremony with no hiccups.

Having lost a loved one and also having to take care of business and make arrangements takes a lot out of you. But I have to say how comfortable and smooth it was working with Jeanine. She was so patient and understanding, and super empathetic, really sweet. From the beginning, she explained how everything worked and what would be happening step by step with all possible options. The day of the services the additional staff was super helpful and welcoming as well. I feel bad forgetting his name, but I believe the gentleman was Joel, was really helpful with putting up our frame and some plants we had brought.
