Henstock is amazing. They take the time to explain the process thoroughly so you understand how your muscles are connected. I always feel like they genuinely care about ther craft. Highly recommend!
Relief! Is exactly what we feel after every adjustment session with Dr. Henstock. My fiance and I have coming to him for about 8 months now since my daughter introduced us. He was doing my infant granddaughter's chiropractic adjustments. Yes, baby adjustments are a thing. I have an old injury that flares up when I stress during periods of high activity. I decided to try out chiropractic care with Dr. Henstock after years of neck and shoulder pain and stiffness, that I had just accepted as my norm. :( Dr. Henstock is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain chiropractic care and the process of what was going on in my body. After some adjustments, my neck stiffness and shoulder pain are completely gone. My regular workouts are easier, because my body and spine are more aligned and my mobility is increased.
