I've been coming here for walk-ins for years and it's always a good experience, especially if you come at off hours like a weekday during normal work/school hours. I'm never waiting more than 15 minutes if I have to wait at all, the haircut is always what I ask for and looks good, they don't tug on your hair or push the clippers too hard, and the price is incredible. If you're looking for a basic men's haircut and you want it to be very fast, cheap, and easy this is the spot. The ladies here are so much better than any sportsclips/Supercuts type chain places, and they never try to sell you a bunch of silly hair products.

As far cuts go, I have experience with the two women up front. They are very nice and focused on your cut. Communication is clear on what I want. I come out feeling satisfied. Family-friendly vibes.

I recently moved to Castro Valley and needed to find a new haircut spot. Inside is well kept and the employees are accomodating and friendly. The lady that cut my hair took her time, asking questions as she went along to get me looking right which I really appreciated. I've been here twice now and will continue to come here for my haircuts!
