I am extremely nervous when coming to the dentist. The receptionist is always so kind and understanding. I recently had tooth pain and was dreading having to call. I called at 9:00 am they got me in and seen by 9:40. They ended up referring me to a root canal specialist. I have to say what a pleasant experience this was start to finish. I would highly recommend.

I want to thank Castro Valley Family Dental for accommodating me on short notice. The receptionist was extremely friendly and both the dental hygienist and dentist were very professional. I am very satisfied with service. If my appointment ever gets cancelled from the Alameda office, I would come back to the Castro Valley office first. Thank you.

I hate going to the dentist...like I REALLY hate it...I waited 4 years and finally convinced myself to go and I randomly selected Castro Valley Fam Dental and they are awesome! The folks there didn't shame me for taking so long nor did I feel like they were trying to get me to do all sorts of things (I have had bad dentist experiences). Everyone was super professional, accommodating and made the whole experience great! I am so happy I found my new dentist!!!
