It's hard to sum it up in a single review! I went to Jennifer for a back injury after trying a whole host of other treatments and, within a couple sessions, I felt better. Jennifer listens closely, sets realistic expectations, is direct while also having a sense of humor and humility, and is incredibly knowledgeable, too. It's no exaggeration to say that I recommend Jennifer to any friends (or strangers!) who are injured / experiencing pain.

Jen is a fantastic acupuncture practitioner, herbalist, and person who is going to get you feeling better. I've been to many acupuncturists and none have left me feeling as good as she has, or given as much useful and insightful information. She even helped me lower my blood pressure significantly with herbs when a decade of western medication and exercise failed

I've been going to Jen at Ross Acupuncture for over 1 year as I work through a long recovery for a complicated hip surgery (+ follow up surgery). Not going to lie - I did not want to try dry needling and tried all other options before visiting (I'm not a fan of needles) including months of weekly PT. When I started seeing Jen I was still on crutches, and now I'm walking miles unassisted. I've found that weekly dry needling with Jen, combined with regular PT, is the best combo for me in order to improve my mobility, 'wake up' formerly atrophied muscles, ease muscular tension due to compensatory overuse, and help with surgical scar tissue healing.... read full review
