I’ve been going to Natalie at Blinkiss in Castro Valley for many years to get my eyebrows tattooed in ombré style and I just love them each and every time. She gives my face the perfect shaped brows with an expert hand so there is minimal pain and healing time is about two weeks for completion. She is organized and professional so they don’t take too long to fill in. Once they are done they are ready amazing and dark but still raw.
