Had permanent makeup done a few years ago at another studio and was not happy with the experience. My brows had faded and weren't looking great. I found Natalie on Instagram and sent her messages and pictures to consult. I was nervous, and she walked me through all the steps to help me to feel comfortable. She provided a color correction and did remapping to give my brows a better shape. I am so happy with the results. I have had so many complments and friends asking for Natalie's card. Thank you

I was looking for a permanent makeup artist and after looking on Instagram for a little while, I found Natalie's studio in Castro Valley. I messaged her on Instagram to ask for a consultation and an appointment. Natalie was super professions and helpful, and I got my eyebrows and eyeliner done with her in Castro Valley. I love her work! She made sure I loved the shape and placement of my brows and eyeliner before she started, as well as taking breaks and checking up on how I was doing during my session. It's been about 9 months now and my brows and eyeliner still look amazing and I get so many compliments on them. I even recommended my sister to get permanent makeup done...read full review
