I purchased a service in May 2021. Unfortunately, I was running behind and communicated this to the owner. I was assured that I would not lose my money and that I could reschedule at a later date. I later reached out on two occasions and was told that I would receive a call back a week later. I never received that follow up call or email to reschedule. The owner offers multiple services and I had preferred to use the credit towards a service that was really needed. The owner stated that she doesn't apply services to other services she offered. At this time I am left to swallow the fact that I spent $125 for a service I will never receive. Very disappointed with the lack of service and communication. Not recommend. Poor communication.

Highly recommended! There are so many wonderful things I could say about Idell Beauty, but I will start by saying that Karah is so professional, the studio was so clean and peaceful, and she did wonders with my skin! I've been a client of hers going on a few years, and my skin never looked better! She's so knowledgeable and kind!

I came here back in November and wanted to leave a review here as well as Karah's website. My experience was relaxing and Karah gave me great advice in how to take care of my face. I got a facial and an underarm wax (pain-free!). Thank you!! Can't wait to rebook!
