Is this the same doctor from the Hayward location near Safeway? I’m sorry I do not recommend going to see this doctor again. She screwed up my eye exam and didn’t bother redoing it. Contact lens and glasses that were ordered was incorrect. And I paid cash.
My blurry progressive Safety glasses were sent back as a “Rush” order to be re-done. It’s been a month and I’m still waiting for them to come back. I have called and keep getting the run around. Where are my safety glasses?? I see a lot of complaints and I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering with them. I will not do business with Bay Vision Eyecare Optometry in Castro Valley again.
Do not go here for glasses! We have been waiting over 3 months for our order and we still haven't received them. The staff here is clueless and Vic is incompetent. This has been the worst experience to get a pair of glasses. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR TIME you will regret it.
