This company is completely unethical, has poor work quality, cuts corners, and bills the insurance company for work that wasn't done. They lied to me about what needed to be done and then billed exorbitant costs that I never approved. They are just looking for insurance claims that they can pad and bill the insurance companies for work they never completed. Terrible Terrible company. Avoid them!
I have a rental property that is 25 miles from me. PBC was rec by a friend. I did I get other bids. Not only was PBC the best price but we did everything by phone and email. My tenant was also happy with their work. I will not bother to search around when I need help. I will email Craig at PBC right away. I trust them.
Complete scammer. Tells you one thing then completely cuts corners and changes prices on you. Have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take your work elsewhere
