I went through my insurance for my claim but had not been satisfied with any of the contracted auto body shops in my area on the past. I decided to research and find an auto body shop on my own. Yes going outside of AAA insurance would mean my repairs would not be covered a lifetime and I would have to deal with the shop myself if I had issues. I was willing to take that chance! Rios Auto Body did an Amazing job from start to finish. The service was prompt, the communication was great and the work was excellent. Highly recommend. I was very impressed with my experience and I’m not easy impressed. Had my Lexus back in tip top shape in 4 days.
I had an 18 wheeler accident about 2 years ago and I just recently had my car repaired. Because it was my first experience with a whole 18 wheeler, I did not know how to act nor what to expect from the accident.
Around March of 2026, I finally had the chance to repair my car, coming to Rios Auto Body Shop for some support. The final results were amazing, Antonio and his team really went above and beyond to get this problem solved! I thank them for all the help, and I thank Antonio for being so patient and understanding.
