I too have been to this store many times. And like many others, I ha e been watched. Wherever I went, they went. Along the counter aisle to aisle. If I changed aisles, they moved along the counter right along with me. So I 'danced' with them for a few moments, confirmed what they were doing and I went to the counter and addressed it. At first they tried to deny that's what they were doing but I pointed out every move and how I did not need to be followed as there are too many establishments around that I could patronize. They apologized and it has never happened again. Now when I go in they greet me and get on with whatever they are doing.

Thank you for being a clean and organized beauty supply establishment. It means so much to be able to walk in a find exactly what you need without rummaging through and then being suspected of being dishonest. Your store displays how you feel about your customers. Thank you

Just went to buy some clip in extensions, and they look like they are good quality . The store is alittle pricy but it's close to home so I didn't have to drive all the way to LA. The owner gave me a discount for the extensions since I paid cash. They have make-up, eyelashes, hair products, extensions etc.
