This is a family run, hard working business. They were kind, respectful of my time and property, on time every single day. There were a couple of minor issues (there is always something when dealing with construction) that came up but they were handled quickly with a can do attitude.

My project was priming, painting, removal of a wet bar, tiling fireplace, repairing walls, ceiling work in a 2b2b condo. My place looked absolutely beautiful when the work was complete. The work was not done until I was 100% happy.

“This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“

“Definitely recommend Cass for small odd jobs around the house that do not require license or permit. Not only she's responsive but also honest about what she can and cannot help with. We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free. She came back 2nd time after we bought the replacement and finished the work neatly and perfectly. She'll definitely be our go to next time around.“
