“Manuel and his team at A First Electric have done several jobs for me and my family over the years, and they’re always professional, efficient, and get the job done right. Most recently, a blown GFCI at my house took out the tankless water heater and even held up the painters working on my outdoor fence. I called Manuel, and he was able to send his team out within the hour.

They diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the GFCI, addressed another breaker issue, and had everything back up and running quickly. As always, the experience was smooth and reliable.

He then provided a written Scope of Work later that day which involved several outdoor GFCI outlets; 3 light fixtures and minor interior re-wiring with outlets and switches. Total cost was $1,985. On project day, Carlos and Cesar arrived on time and did great quality work. They were friendly; had all the parts on site; and communicated with me for questions. They cleaned up after finishing. Everything from start to finish was as expected. Penna's workflow system makes it easy for reviewing, scheduling and approving work. Several payment options also. “I got the interior of my house painted and wanted to change all the outlets and switch plates because they were over 50 years old and the ivory color that was popular then. I called Adaza Electric because of all the positive reviews. Wright, the owner answered right away, went over what I needed and even gave me a quote over the phone. I had him buy all the materials. He came over with two of his men a couple of days later, went over the job with me and them and left them to do the work. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up all the trash.
