Update - received a call from Dr Kristen apologizing for the poor customer service from the staff. She has dealt with the issue internally and I am thus revising my rating to 4 Stars. I appreciate that the doctor cared enough to call directly.
The worst experience ever! My husband, M. took a pair of expensive high fashion glasses/frame to this optometrist office and asked if they can add his prescription. The engineer/staff said they could but it would cost more and take longer - 3 to 4 weeks. M agreed to the terms. After 4 weeks and no calls, M called for an update and was told it will take longer. Another week passed and M called again. This time he spoke to the technician working on the glasses. The technician reminded M that he was warned it would take longer and that his glasses weren’t the only ones being worked on. M said yes I know and that’s why I paid extra. But 5 weeks with no updates is poor customer service. Finally, toward the end of week 6, M received a text stating, “Congratulations, your glasses are ready so you can stop calling.” How rude! The worst customer service ever!

I recent went to get my eyes examined and the doctors were amazing! The staff are amazing and have great customer service! Definitely recommend! Make sure to check out the variety of glasses they have!

Been coming here since I was in the fourth grade now 32 yrs old. Never had a problem with the old staff loved them, always friendly and polite. New staff is okay. When I call I'm usually always put on hold immediately. Did like the old staff better.....

If you need your pupil distance do not go here for an eye exam. They will not only not give it to you, but the supervisor will come out with an attitude and rudely explain it's because they don't legally have to in California and don't wish to be sued. My prior experience with this woman was also quite bad and I'd hoped she was no longer there but she still is. This will definitely be my last time at this Doctor, which is a shame because the Doctor herself, and the receptionists are quite nice.

Beware! If you need your pupil distance or PD for short, they will refuse to give it to you. The supervisor, when asked to explain it to you will come out with an attitude and let you know because California does not require them too they won't. She says they refuse because they fear being sued or being held liable. The Doctor and Receptionists ate nice, however this ladies attitude has lost them mine and my fiancée's business, as well as some family we originally recommended to them.

Dr. Lee and Dr.Lui are the best! Staff is so nice and well attending. The quality on the glasses are amazing. They are always helping with broken or lost frames. Def recommend!! Check them out!

Dr. Lee was very patient caring and very down to earth. I would want her to always be my EYE DOCTOR as for her staff they are mostly staying in the back instead of being out front to take care of people coming in for Dr. Lee I gave Dr. VF5 star because she was great with both my mom and I I would definitely go back to her.

My family and I will be looking for another optometrist office. The front desk girls are moody, so consider yourself lucky if they are polite - you caught them on a good day. Also, the selection of frames they have to offer is of low quality and it is overpriced.

Everyone in the office was wonderful, the service was fast and the dr was extremely helpful in explaining everything. My whole appointment took less than 30min. I really enjoyed my time with her and would definitely recommend this dr to my friends and family

The lady who did my eye test to blow air in my eye was the rudest ugliest thing that walks on this planet, she did the highest setting I was pregnant at the time my eye couldn't keep itself open due to the pain and she didn't care I walked out immediately and went to another eye dr who was so gentle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS
