Without a doubt, this is the absolute best heating and A/C company in Santa Barbara county! Professional and unfailingly honest. Most HVAC companies will try and sell you unnecessary equipment or services (such as duct cleaning! YOU DO NOT NEED TO CLEAN YOUR DUCTS! Filters yes, ducts NO! This is one of the biggest scams and is akin to selling someone blinker fluid for their car! ). Anchor air is one of the only companies I've come across that will never tack on extra time or sell you unneeded parts - in fact they will talk you out of spending money on flashy, unnecessary items. Anchor Air did a top notch installation and then when the unit was having issues worked hard to get it resolved. Great customer service and communication. I highly recommend Anchor Air.
