We had no hot water for 4 days and I could not get anyone to come out for a service call. Tahoe is absolutely mobbed with new constructions and tons of $$$ flowing into the area and while the other guys are too busy extorting people for service ($4000 to install 2 plugs and a bathroom fan, anyone?), Gary is rear find, fair, experienced and knowledgable.
