I was looking for someone new after moving from Folsom and not wanting to drive all the way there for a haircut. After seeing all of these 5 star reviews I booked with Stacey. This is a 3.5 star, not a 3 and here's why. First, an hour before my appointment she texted me to see if I could come earlier which was fine, I was free. So I knew she had time also. When I get my haircut 99.9% of the time over the course of my life (I'm 53), I sit in the chair, discuss what I want to do, then get shampooed, cut and styled. My hair is long and curly. I hadn't gotten an actual haircut in nearly 5 yrs. I had always trimmed it myself. I was nervous however Stacey IS amazing! She helped me feel comfortable and relaxed, and she gave suggestions and knew exactly what to do with my hair. After the cut, she blew it out and my hair looked fabulous. It was full, bouncy, straight with a nice wave. I love it. After washing my hair and styling it to keep the curl, I am so completely happy with choosing Twister Scissors and Stacey to cut my hair. The cut gave my hair volume, less frizz, and intense ringlets. Love Love Love the cut! The salon is cute and comfortable and has a wonderful vibe all around!... read full review

This is a great place! I was listened to and I had a picture to show exactly what I wanted. I hope it helped since I don't know anything about hair and wanted to replicate something one person did at another salon and 5 people from the same salon couldn't get it. I got my hair exactly as I wanted it and it gets better every time.
