Getting waxed from Kiana was a great experience. I did get lost trying to find the storefront, but it's in the barbershop and there's a sign outside with her business name. Her space is tucked away in the back of the barbershop and transformed it into a super comfortable and secure space lined with adorable decorations and informational wax posters. I hadn't gotten waxed in a while, but she did an amazing job being accommodating to my significantly lowered pain tolerance. Kiana definitely reflects the reviews you see. I had my first Brazilian with her and to say the least I was nervous. She didn’t rush me to get undressed and she answered questions very thoroughly, which I appreciated. You can tell she has experience and a lot of knowledge. She is friendly, detailed oriented, and made sure I felt comfortable. She explains what she is doing as she is doing it. If you want absolutely no hair left after a wax she is what you are looking for. I definitely will be a repeat customer and if you are looking for a waxing service I absolutely recommend to give Kiana an opportunity. You won’t be disappointed.
The technician made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She was meticulous and ensured that every detail was perfect. The waxing was quick, relatively painless, and the results were fantastic. I appreciated the attention to hygiene and the use of high-quality products.
