“I needed a new CPA due to the retirement of my previous CPA, so I did some searching on the internet and discovered Ruth Maloney, one of my best finds on the internet. I called on Thursday, they returned my call later in the day, made an appointment for Sat. When I went in for my Sat. appt. I found the staff to be extremely personable and informal. I met with the preparer that was to help prepare my taxes and found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly. I was done in about 1 hour and was extremely grateful that I was able to find such a firm on short notice and to be more than pleased that I had found them. “So I had been calling around and everyone was fully booked no new clients or they were outrageously charging a crazy amount then I called Freddie he didn't have an actual opening but he was kind enough to put in in between appointments which was awesome of him because I was freaking out that I wasn't able to find anyone else willing to help me out on the day of I got there he was with the client and I was asked to wait which I didn't mind at all since I knew I was out in between appointments I didn't have to wait very long then my turn he got right to it asked about my paperwork he is very knowledgeable on the process and I asked many questions he answered so I learned slot on what's missing understood about certain tax related things so I was glad to learn this super quick in getting them done he is very affable so that was great very friendly I totally would recommend him to anyone looking to get their taxes done also he is open year round for any tax related things do that was good to know !!
