We received services with Doug who was great, professional and very helpful. We had another less urgent plumbing issue at the house which he also took care of while he was here and all within one service hour. I was impressed!

We were referred by our realtor and received timely response, communications, and availability to start our house repipe right after we purchased it. They started soon after we approved and were thorough in all their work, testing and taking full responsibility for their work. We believe their prices were reasonable and they are trustworthy. We also decided to do a laundry and half bath add on, which they handled well and collaborated with our other contractors. We especially enjoyed Chris who seemed to be their lead plumber. We would be glad to use them again.

I just had a very good experience with Arrow Plumbing. I had been very stressed trying to get an estimate to get my toilet flange removed so I could install a new toilet myself . The original was not installed correctly years ago with no concrete below it in subfloor and an unlevel flange to boot. I was getting crazy over the phone estimates without anyone willing to come out in person to look at it. Finally, I called Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael and spoke to their office person, Stacie. She maintained her pleasant manner throughout even with me getting a bit cranky from previously built up frustrations trying to get other plumbers to come out. She sent Steve out who was just what I expected or at least hoped for in a plumber. He shared his knowledge and explained in detail which gave me confidence that I could take care of the issue myself without replacing the flange. I live close to their shop and they didn't charge a fee to come out but not sure if that is the case if you live further away. With my old plumber retiring, I now have Arrow Plumbing in Carmichael to take his place.
