I'll be happy to help with that , I can reassure everyone we treat our customers with great care and we wash our towels every week . Janice is so fabulous. She has lovingly cared for all of my special pets since she started her practice and I wouldn't use anyone else. She takes the time to gain their trust and they have always been excited to go for grooming. My last pet Cherokee would respond immediately when I said we were going to see Janice and she readily made friends with my new puppy Dakota. Her work is exceptional

Janice has been grooming my Yorkie over a year. She is gentle and loving toward him and he feels very comfortable with her. Not only does he smell amazing after his grooming, but she always gives him the perfect Yorkie trim. We went to four different groomers before finding Janice and feel so lucky to have found her.
