I scheduled tech to come out to address both. I specifically asked if tech was coming out that provided info for estimate as he was familiar with scope of work. They advised another tech was coming out, but the work would be addressed. Tech showed up and didn’t know about the window swap. I let him complete balancers, but asked him to call his dispatch. We had five replacement windows installed by Southgate Glass in Carmichael, and the experience was exceptional. From my first call with Spencer, through Michelle and Francis on scheduling, to Brian’s design help and Angel and Joe’s precise installation, every step showed professionalism and attention to detail. The windows look perfect, the team kept everything neat, and communication was clear throughout.
