I interviewed/received estimates from 4 different companies before choosing Richardson's Concrete Effects to complete the resurfacing of my driveway, front porch and sidewalks. Their estimate was in the middle to high range, and their work was outstanding. The attention to detail was impressive. I really enjoyed working with Mark, Gina, Luis and Gabriel. Gina worked with us to identify just the right color combination to go with the color of the house and surrounding landscape. Gina, Mark and staff were great to work with. Exceedingly professional and punctual during our interior concrete resurfacing job.When you think of concrete, you usually think of driveways, walkways, patios and possibly pool decks. Conversely, when thinking of finished concrete, do you think of your interior flooring? Stay with me here; Consider that a majority of homes built since the 1980s are mainly built on CONCRETE SLABS. We usually have wall to wall carpet, linoleum, laminate or even wood flooring on top of the concrete slabs in our home. Hmmmm; How about just finishing/refinishing the concrete slab? Remodeling the inside of our tri-level 1989 home and decided to do finished concrete on the ground floor. Richardsons came out within a week to give us a quote and started work the following week. Great attention to detail from protecting the rest of the interior rooms to the artistry in color application to go with the other flooring. Gina was great to work with and trusted her with our "vision." She came out on Saturday morning to get the last top coat done so we could have our space back and made sure we were happy before leaving. Highly recommend!
