This place is great! My kids have been taking martial arts here for 5 yrs. It's been really great for their confidence and focus. The instructors are patient and thorough and don't mind repeating instructions often. This place has been a staple in our weekly routine. The kids have really learned alot in the time they have been here.

My family has been taking Kenpo from Reid's Family Martial Arts in Carmichael since 2015. It has been a great experience. They truly make you feel like you belong. The instructors are very patient and have 50 years of teaching the art. It is a very encouraging environment and it is a very positive experience. They are safe. You feel like you can learn and not feel intimidated. We strongly suggest Reid's to anyone.

Great family martial arts center. Our entire family is currently training with the outstanding instructors. They are welcoming, patient and adult, children friendly. They have also generously offered self-defense programs to avert victimization for the local community for years. I highly recommend them without reservation.!!
